The Brainarm Team, represented by Guido Mallardi (resident at Viale della Carriera 68, 63900, Fermo, Italy) will be what is refer to as your ‘Controller’ and ‘Processor’ of the personal data you provide in the event you register to his newsletter or use the contact form to provide information about yourself or your child. This document outlines how this data is used and stored so that full transparency and the right to erasure of data is maintained in accordance with GDPR rules. Your personal Data
What is needed
Unless otherwise agreed by you, only basic data will be obtained about you or your child (if you wish our service outlined in this website to be provided to your child). This information includes your full name (and your child’s name if applicable), email address, mobile phone number or Skype or Whatsapp contact (or those of your child if older than 18). In addition to basic data, knowing the instrument you/your child play/s and at what level will be needed (when this applies). Such data will be stored in our pc and mobile phone.
In regard to the newsletter subscription, your name, surname (or those of your child if you are hiring us for him/her), your email address, (your or your child’s) field of interest and your consent are needed. Such data will be stored in our pc.
Why it is needed
Your personal data are needed in order to provide you with the services you have engaged us for. We will not collect any personal data from you that are not needed.
What your data are used for
All the personal data collected will be used only by the Brainarm Team to contact you in regard to Brainarm services, for invoicing purposes and to send you our newsletter (if you have given your consent from the web form).
No other third party will have access to your personal data unless there is a legal obligation for us to disclose it. All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that your personal data is processed securely.
How long it will be kept
Personal data will generally be kept for a minimum of 4 years, after which time it will be destroyed if it is no longer required for the lawful purpose(s) for which it was obtained.
Right of erasure, access and update
You can withdraw your consent at any time, by simply sending another message via the contact form (or via email to info [at] brainarm.com) with 'unsubscribe' written in the subject. Should you want to update your personal data, simply send a message/email to require the update. You can have full access at your personal data free of charge by simply getting in touch with us.
Children
Our service is directed to people older than 5. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 however. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without such parent or guardian’s consent, they should contact us immediately. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our database.
