This website is about the Brainarm Full Compositional Coaching method. By accessing this Website, accessible from www.brainarm.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these Website Terms and Conditions of Use and agree that you are responsible for the agreement with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this Website are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and is property of Guido Mallardi (the "website owner") and the "brainarmers". The term "brainarmers" refers to those who have used the Brainarm method to compose the music published on this website.) . Any music composed via the Brainarm method belongs to their respective composers (the “brainarmers” or the “authors”).
- Use License
Permission is granted to the visitor to download the music scores that are available for free at the music page. Any other website you might be allowed to download such music from is illegal and is acting without the website owner's authorization, therefore the website owner shall not be liable for such infringement/s.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you are not allowed to:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any public display or performance without obtaining previous consent and sub-licence from the website owner (in order to get such consent, write an email to info [at] brainarm [dot] com) to ask permission;
- attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on this Website;
- ignore or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
- transferring the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server;
- alter the material;
- commercialise the material.
This will let the website owner terminate upon violations of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, your viewing right will also be terminated and you should destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether it is printed or electronic format.
If you are the author of such music, you are allowed to:
- modify or copy your own music (not the music of others) for your own internal use;
- use your music's recordings and scores for any public display of your music, provided the recordings have been made or previously approved by the website owner;
- perform or allow to others to perform without obtaining previous consent and sub-licence from the website owner, unless such performance has a public that is wider than 20 people (exceptions will be made if the event is a family event).
Furthermore, prior to publishing your music online, in print, or licensing it to others, you shall notify the website owner by sending an email through the contact page or by messaging the Brainarm social media profiles.
Upon agreement with each Brainarmer (or their respective parent/guardian, if the Brainarmer is a minor) whose music has been published on Brainarm.com,, the website owner is granted a non-exclusive license (verbally or in writing) for full usage of such music. This includes the right to copy and distribute it in print or digital form, perform or communicate it to the public, and sublicense it for the full term of such rights, without any geographical limitations.
Since Brainarm is a not-for-profit project, at present, the commercialization of Brainarm music is not contemplated. However, it is hereby acknowledged that the website owner reserves the discretionary right to revise this position at a later date.
- Warranties and disclaimers
Apart from subjective-experience-based statements made by brainarmers, Brainarm reviewers, or other testimonials, the website owner guarantees that all materials on Brainarm.com are true, trustworthy, evidence-based, and provable. The same applies to any such materials made available on other websites, online platforms, or social media profiles, provided they have been published by the website owner (Guido Mallardi) and have not been modified by others. The same applies even if the materials have been forwarded by others.
The website owner makes no other warranties.
